Organization of weddings in our hotels has become a tradition, we are able to meet your ideas and to prepare wedding on turnkey basis. In the hotel Bankov we will do anything for you, we can, in order to spend the fairy tale wedding, the one you can never forget.
We will drive you to the hotel in a luxurious car, even in the Lincoln limousine, which will be provided at your wish. The Church wedding may be organized the Christ’s Ascension-day Chapel, built in 1830, which is located 400m above the hotel Bankov. The civil wedding would take place in the Holy Cross Chapel, which is part of the hotel since 1756, or on the hotel’s summer terrace, where we will prepare wedding arbor, from which the newly married couple will descend on the spiral-staircase and will pass by the wedding guests on the red carpet.
The flower decoration will be provided according to your idea and imagination. The ceremony will be fully sounded, the selection of your wedding song, which will sound during congratulations of your guests will be up to you.
The summer terrace is partly roofed and is connected directly with the hotel restaurant, which will create secure area in case of the bad weather. The arrangement of tables and seatings will be fully adapt to your ideas.
At your request, we are able to provide a white tent, flower decorations, or flaming torches and candle holders to energize the whole banquet of excellence and unique moment. The joy will take all the worries associated with the organization of your big day.
Hotel Bankov is famous for international cuisine and high quality parameters. Gourmet specialties can become part of your wedding menu.
Wedding menu is prepared in several standard variants. Menu, usually contains 4 basic courses. We recommend addition of hot and cold buffet in the form of a buffet. We create cakes and sweets to each occasion. Wide range of our quality wines, alcoholic and soft drinks will leave great impression from your wedding from your wedding with a great impression.
For the wedding reception you can rent these premises:
Restaurant (90 m2)
Comfortable seating for guests while maintaining of the dance floor in the middle of the room, is for 55-60 guests by way of layout and type of the tables. Interconnection and the subsequent increase in capacity is possible with a cafe and a summer terrace in the summer months.
Café (70 m2)
At weddings it is used as a placement of cold and hot desks, cocktail tables, or musicians, cameramen and so on. Is possible even put there the tables for guests because the restaurant is directly linked by folding doors.
Pink Lounge (52 m2)
Is used for weddings with few guests, has a capacity up to 30 people. Is situated in the side wing of the hotel and its operations are running interference to other hotel. After the entire length of the lounge is located corridor, used for placement reception tables, music, but can be also used as space for dancing.
Terrace (150 m2)
It is available in the summer and is mostly covered, so even if is bed weather, guests are protected. Is directly linked with the restaurant, so more guests can use two spaces at once.
Booking deadline
Tentative booking weddings in the hotel Bankov is to be confirmed within 7 days after first preliminary information and an agreement with the hotel manager
The reservation deadline is charged by a mandatory fee of € 500 EUR.
In case of cancellation of the wedding fee is not refundable.
Two weeks before the wedding should be paid 50% of expected costs and book the exact number of guests. The final amount for the wedding is paid by client after wedding.
Drinking of own alcohol and soft drinks is not allowed. After agreement is possible to consume limited number of own wine, but for each opened bottle we charge "cork" of 3,- €.
